Accounts

1. Register for your own Degayo Coffee account, follow the steps below :

2. Open Degayo Coffee website > Subscription > Register an account

3. Enter your Full Name, Mobile Number, Email address and sign up an account

4. You will receive an email to complete the verification process

5. Click through the link and create your own password

6. Your account is active now

Click on the Accounts on the top right corner, click on Account Settings and you may change your details

If you forget your password, click on Forgot Password in the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.

Managing your Subscription Order

You may send an email to customerservice@globalcoffee-r.com if you need to edit the products, quantity, change the delivery address or contact details.

If you wish to stop your subscription, the payment that has been made for the present month of subscription cannot be refunded and the delivery will continue until the ends of subscription.

The customer will receive an email regarding to the continuation of the subscription one month before the subscription ends.

If you have placed an online order but not received an order confirmation within 24 hours , please check your junk or spam folder for the email. If you didn’t receive the email, please contact us for further assistance.

Payment

Subscription fees will occur from the date of purchase.

If you fail to pay the monthly fee , our personnel will identify it and contact you. If constant no payment is received your subscription will then be terminated.

Managing your Account

You may login to your account and go to Account Settings where you can edit the default delivery address and contact details.

Refund Policy

All items that has been delivered are non-refundable.

Delivery

The delivery date will be recurring according to the date of purchase and the selected delivery interval.

Delivery take 2 to 4 business day for Klang Valley. 2 to 4 business days for West Malaysia.

For subscription orders, the courier partner with tracking number and the tracking status should be on your subscription dashboard.
