Dry Hulled Processed Coffee has been processed twice after drying under the sun, ensuring that all layers are removed from the actual coffee bean. This method is a common sight in our community. The first drying under the sun, allows coffee seeds to absorb flavours from the mucilage. Second drying ensures that the moisture percentage reaches at least 7% (so roasting them would be delicious). We paired this process with 58% Dark Chocolate because we believe it gives the right amount of sweetness in every bite!
